If you currently use an EDI/sFTP connection to integrate with our services, be aware that you are using a legacy integration. We strongly recommend that you switch to an API integration for better performance and more robust functionality.
If it is not possible to switch to an API integration, please submit a case here for the necessary sFTP documentation.
Please note that we will not be able to set up new sFTP integrations. If you are a new customer, we kindly request that you use our API integration, Mijn PostNL or one of the Plug-ins instead.
