Please fill out the form below to submit a case to Channel Integrations (previously Digitale klant support) and we will get back to you within 2 business days. If applicable, please include examples (i.e. barcodes, API request, screenshots) of the issue.

Already a PostNL Parcels customer? Make sure to include your customer number. This allows us to process your case faster.

Note: If you are a third-party developer, we highly recommend requesting the customer number from our joint customer. This allows us to process the case faster.

Digitale klant support only supports the below Mijn PostNL modules. In case your IT support requests relates to a module which is not present in the below list, please contact business@postnl.nl

If you do not see the third party you are using to send your PostNL shipments, please select 'other'.

Please note! If you are not currently using the most recent version of the PostNL plugin software for Magento, we kindly request you to perform an update first. If the support request is still relevant after performing the update, please fill out the rest of the form.

Beware! If you don't use the most recent version of the PostNL Plugin for Magento, it is advised to update the Plugin first, before submitting a case.
