You will need to perform an update of the plugin. This update will be available from December 31th 2020. Please consult the installation and update manual (Magento 2) for questions about updating. After updating the plugin, it will generate a Parcel Non-EU (Globalpack) label in A4 format instead of an Parcel EU (EPS) label in A6 format that used to be generated.
Note: On the side of PostNL, the Brexit changes will go live at 16:00 CET December 31th. If you updated the Magento 2 plugin before 16:00 then it is not possible to create shipment to the UK until 16:00. If you updated the Magento 2 plugin after 16:00 then it is not possible to create shipment to the UK after 16:00. As an alternative for shipping to the UK, you can use our ‘Mijn PostNL’ portal.
