My shipping labels can not be scanned by PostNL. How can I improve the quality of my shipping labels?
There are broadly two reasons why a label cannot be scanned: 1. Not pre announced. It could be that there is no shipping data available. Make sure the labeling calls have been submitted with the confirmation on. When the confirmation has been turned off this means the shipping data has not been pre-announced while processing the original labelling request. 2. Printing quality. When submitting a call to the labelling webservice be sure to check if the requested printer type matches the supported dpi specifications of your printer.
