Clear return requests, handling and refunds, seperate from shipping.

With the all-new Returns API v4, shipping and returns are handled separately. For many webshops, returns follow a different flow than shipping — starting after delivery and involving steps like return requests and refunds. By separating the returns process from the shipping process — previously combined in the Shipment API — we align better with real-world workflows.
