[02-10-2018] Important: Please migrate to our new API platform before 1 November
PostNL has launched a new API platform. The former Parcels webservices (CIF) have been migrated to this platform, so that we can keep providing good service. If you still use our former webservices * , please implement the new endpoints to make use of our new platform. It is important to switch to this platform before November 1, 2018. After this date the current platform (CIF) is no longer operational. Documentation and the new endpoints** can be found at the at documentation pages (paragraph Calls details) of the Parcels API’s.
How to migrate to the new PostNL API platform?
Switching is easy. You need a unique API key, which can be retrieved from the API Manager portal.
[10-08-2018] Deprecate support for TLS 1.0
TLS 1.0 is no longer considered strong cryptography and therefore cannot be used as a security control. For the PostNL API platform we will deprecate support for TLS 1.0 on September 6th 2018. After this change the clients that connect to the API proxies using TLS 1.0 or older (SSL) will not work anymore.
